Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise & Solution Architect with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on aligning business strategy with IT architecture, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks and standards
Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business needs
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure alignment between business, application, data, and technology architectures
Lead architecture reviews and support governance processes (e.g., ARB)
Provide guidance to project teams on architecture best practices
Support digital transformation initiatives within the Oil & Gas domain
Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption where relevant
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture
Proven experience in Oil & Gas industry (upstream, midstream, or downstream)
Strong knowledge of EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
Experience in designing complex enterprise solutions
Strong understanding of integration, data architecture, and cloud platforms
Preferred Skills
Experience with digital oilfield, IoT, or industrial systems
Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems in Oil & Gas
Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
