Key Responsibilities:
Assess current IT governance structures, policies, and processes.
Design and implement IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 38500).
Develop and review IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensure alignment of IT strategy with business goals and objectives.
Identify and manage IT-related risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability within IT functions.
Conduct IT governance maturity assessments and provide improvement roadmaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance decision-making and oversight.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in IT governance, IT audit, risk, or consulting.
Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a consulting environment and manage multiple engagements.
Professional certifications (e.g., COBIT, CISA, CGEIT) are a plus.
