Key Responsibilities
Execute test cases for web and mobile applications (functional & basic integration testing).
Identify, document, and track defects using testing tools.
Assist in reviewing requirements and understanding business needs.
Support test planning and test case preparation activities.
Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) support activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing processes.
Document test results and prepare basic testing reports.
Follow established QA methodologies and project guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in QA or software testing.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with QA concepts and testing types (functional, regression).
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
ISTQB (CTFL) certification is a plus.
